novaPDF Pro is a simple-to-use software that allows you to create PDF documents from any printable file.

Once you install novaPDF Pro, you will be able to access it via the executable file or within any file that has a “print” function.

So, you can set the page size (predefined or custom), unit type, graphic (resolution and scale), margins and zoom, along with orientation (portrait or landscape).

But you can also configure graphics settings (e.g. compress high color images, downsample monochrome images, convert text and graphics color).

Furthermore, you can enable embed font subsets, all used fonts and to force embedding of protected fonts, as well as edit document information (e.g. title, subject, author, creator).

In addition, you can set an encryption by setting the permission level (e.g. allow to print the document, extract text and graphics, advanced fill forms), as well as enable signatures (sign the PDF with a system certificate or one from file) and to automatically detect URLs in text.

Moreover, you can enable bookmark detection, allow multiline bookmarks, add watermarks, configure saving options (e.g. use predefined settings), enable overlay, send an email and set the delivery method (e.g. send with SMTP), create and manage multiple profiles, and others.
